I had a great experience with Fix-it Guys when my dryer went out. Bill was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous! He called me in advance to remind me of my appointment time and took the time to listen to my concerns regarding the dryer. Bill was able to resolve the problem on-site and did another courtesy call to make sure everything was working properly after he left. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about the Fix-it Guys!
